Frequently Asked Questions
All listed prices include preparation, recording, post-production, and delivery of the final product in your desired formats. Specific extras such as location rental, actors, or special equipment are quoted separately.
For projects, we require a 50% deposit upon order confirmation and 50% upon delivery. For subscriptions, we invoice monthly in advance. Payment is due within 14 days.
Basic packages include 2 revision rounds, Professional includes 3, and Premium includes unlimited. Extra revisions are billed hourly. Subscriptions always include unlimited revisions.
Yes, for multiple simultaneous productions or long-term collaborations, we offer attractive discounts. Contact us for a custom quote with volume discount.
Subscriptions have a minimum term of 3 months. After that, you can cancel monthly with 1 month notice. We're happy to help you find the right package.
All listed prices are exclusive of 21% VAT. The VAT amount is stated separately on the quote and invoice. For private individuals, the price includes VAT.
